For all the dead coal miners in the non-union West Virginia mines of Massey Energy, and for all those to die in the future because of Massey's refusal to obey basic safety rules and laws, choosing profits over the lives of workers. Let's see Don Blankenship in prison, and all the mines unionized. And let's see the Obama administration make some tough new laws, giving union representatives and inspectors the absolute right to shut down mines when violations are found.
